In the case of a Contract for the purchase of Products and Services concluded by a Consumer Customer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the Contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Consumer Customer, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 (fourteen) Working Days from receipt of the Product by the Consumer Customer himself, to the following address:

The right of withdrawal will be considered validly exercised even if, the Consumer Customer sends, within the aforementioned term, notice of withdrawal by fax (to the number 091/453983), by email (info@maliziasexshop.com), by registered letter or by following the wizard on the www.maliziasexshop.com website (My account / History and details of my orders / Details / flags on the products to be returned / click on "Return Products".
Received the notice of withdrawal:

1. the return authorization number will be sent by e-mail to the Customer. This number must be reported inside the envelope of the Product to be returned;
2. the Product must be intact in all its parts;
3. the Product must be returned within 14 Working Days of receipt, to the address indicated above.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to goods intact at the time of return, pursuant to the provisions of art. 67, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.
If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid. In this case, the Consumer Customer may obtain, at his expense, the Product in the state in which it was returned to Malizia Sex Shop. Otherwise, Malizia Sex Shop may retain the returned Products, in addition to all the sums already paid by the Consumer Customer for the relative purchase.

For completeness, the Consumer Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in question if one of the hypotheses of exclusion of the right of withdrawal provided for by art. 55 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.

Finally, in the event that the information obligations referred to in Articles 52, paragraph 1, letters f) and g), and 53 of the Consumer Code have not been met, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is ninety days and starts from the day of receipt of the Products by the Consumer Customer.

Times and methods of reimbursement following exercise of the right of withdrawal

After returning the Product, Malizia Sex Shop will carry out all the checks and assessments referred to in the previous paragraph. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, MaliziaSexShop will send to the Consumer Customer, by e-mail, confirmation of acceptance of the returned Product and re-credit, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which MaliziaSexShop has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Consumer Customer, of the sums already paid by the latter for the purchase of the Product.

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the Purchase Order and the person who made the payment, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Consumer Customer, the reimbursement of the sums will be performed by MaliziaSexShop, in any case, to the one who made the relative payment.
